Overview

Visit the beautiful southern dive sites, which are only accessible by boat. You'll navigate to Sataya early in the morning and after 2 hour cruise, will arrive at Sataya Reef, and usually, dolphins welcome the arriving boats in the Bay of Sataya and after a security briefing with our snorkel and dive guides, you can join our friends in the water.

Dolphins come regularly during the day to rest and play in the Bay, giving us the possibility of swimming with them. We approach them slowly and quietly with the zodiac or by swimming if they are close enough to the boat.

The Sataya Reef is among the most famous dolphin habitats in the Red Sea and the entire world. It is home to sizable Spinner Dolphin families.

If that isn't enough for your dolphin aficionados, you'll be delighted to know that a lot more spin dolphins, including the bottlenose dolphin, frequently visit the reefs as well. The amiable mammals that frequent the area have given this reef's horseshoe shape its appropriate moniker.

If you're not really into scuba diving, it's also a great place for snorkeling. You'll be amazed by whitetips, fusiliers, Spinner dancers, and parrot fish at varying depths, from 4 to 40 meters.
